Export Compliance

At NEDAVION Aerospace B.V., we prioritize export compliance and adhere to all relevant regulations. We recognize that the export of our products and services may be subject to various restrictions and regulations, depending on the laws of the manufacturing country, supplier’s country, and the customer’s country. As a result, we have established a stringent export compliance policy to maintain full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Our export compliance policy incorporates export restrictions that prevent the export of our products and services to certain countries. These countries include Russia, Belarus, non-government controlled regions of Ukraine (Donetsk, Luhansk, Crimea), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Israel, Palestine (Gaza Strip) and Lebanon. Our export restrictions encompass the sale, supply, transfer, and export of covered items, as well as brokering services and technical and financial assistance/

To maintain compliance with all active sanctions and government guidelines, we conduct thorough screenings of our customers for potential compliance risks, including anti-bribery measures. We avoid engaging with companies that pose a potential risk or participate in activities that lack transparency. This is because such risky investments may lead to financial losses, reputational damage, or violations of our ethical principles. We exclude companies that do not comply with Wwft, UN Global Compact, and/or OFAC regulations, as these represent severe breaches. Consequently, we actively prevent negative impacts on human rights while mitigating material and reputational risks.

To reinforce compliance with all relevant regulations, we utilize customer application forms and screening procedures. Each customer purchasing products from AvioNed must acknowledge that these products may be subject to strict export, re-export, or other restrictions. Our customer application form contains several required fields to initiate the PEP customer screening process. The customer, on behalf of its subsidiaries and affiliates, guarantees and agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning the export and re-export of such products, including signing an export compliance and anti-bribery contract before placing any orders.

Upon receiving an RFQ (Request for Quote) email, we automatically compare the RFQs against denied party lists and sanctioned listings, including the 50% rule, to proactively prevent compliance breaches. If no compliance issues are detected, we organize the RFQs for further processing. If a compliance problem arises, we flag and restrict the party based on the results. Our compliance partner ensures that we maintain a 100% trade compliance rate and adhere to all relevant regulations, including those published by the U.S. Treasury Department.

At NEDAVION Aerospace B.V., we are dedicated to upholding full compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations, as well as preserving the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct. Our export compliance policy and procedures, including anti-bribery measures, are designed to guarantee that our customers can rely on us to provide top-notch products and services while adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements.
